What we delete

• your name, email address, phone number and any address you gave us;
• WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram conversations held on our systems, including message history and attachments;
• enquiry and form submissions, and the lead record created from them;
• AI call recordings, transcripts and call summaries;
• any CRM records, notes and files linked to you.

What we may keep

We retain the minimum required by law — for example invoices and payment records needed for tax and accounting, and records we must preserve for an ongoing legal claim. Anonymised or aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained.

How long it takes

We acknowledge every request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity first, we will contact you on the email or number you supply below. Data held by third-party platforms you contacted us through (Meta / WhatsApp, Google) is also governed by those platforms' own retention policies.
